I watched this as a kid. I can't remember how old but it certainly left an impression on me. I remember being captivated by it all, from the very sexy Jane Fonda, to the robots and flying angel, it was all a feast for the senses.
I'm not sure I remember much about the plot, except a mad scientist Durand Durand, having some super weapon he was no doubt up to no good with, and Fonda sent to investigate and put a stop to his plan. Bit James Bondish I guess.
Fonda as Barbarella was captivating back then, and she had a quirkiness to her, but also some steel
Well I was duped by them back then
Not really an action film, but the few bits were ok
